<P align=left><STRONG><FONT face=黑体 color=red size=5>二、论坛大部份资料实行开放下载</FONT></STRONG><BR><BR>会员反应论坛下载需耗费论坛金钱，不利于论坛的发展，论坛在综合会员及管理人员意见，为了更好的方便会员交流，更好的为会员服务，<SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold; COLOR: red">让更多会员花更多的时间、精力参与论坛技术讨论</SPAN>，对论坛下载制度进行调整：<SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold; COLOR: red">自奥-运闭幕之时起，论坛大部份资料实行免费下载！</SPAN>就本次调整，做出说明如下：<BR><BR>1、对各大区下技术讨论版附件开放，实行免费下载；<BR><SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold; COLOR: red">2、特别对于两大考试版：环保工程师版、环评工程师版开放，</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold; COLOR: red">实行免费下载，</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold; COLOR: red">便于参考会员下载资料；</SPAN><BR>3、各大区资料版下的相应的“[wiki]标准[/wiki]规范”、“技术文章”版开放，实行免费下载；<BR>4、未说明的资料版将维持原下载制度不变即下载扣除论坛金钱2，VIP资料扣除论坛金钱5；<BR>5、对于非技术讨论区：社区服务区、社区综合区、休闲灌水区开放下载，实行免费下载；<BR><BR>以此答谢会员对论坛的大力支持！本次下载制度调整后，论坛基本实行全部免费下载，希望会员们能够好好爱护我们“环境技术论坛”这个大家庭，大家一起，互帮互助，把我们的大家庭建设得更加强大、更加美好！！<BR><BR><STRONG>资料版下载附件需消耗论坛金钱2的说明：</STRONG>会员上传资料，是为了与大家一起分享资料，而不希望自已上传的资料被恶意下载，作为它用，正常的会员只需下载自已所需的资料，因此，一般会员通过注册所赠得积分、发帖参与讨论、参加论坛活动等等所获得的论坛金钱能够适应正常下载的需要，同时，也是为了保护会员上传资料的积极性，营造更好学习和交流的环境，论坛会员在上传资料过程中，如果觉得资料比较珍贵，可以通过设置出售帖的形式，来获取更多的论坛金钱！<BR><BR></P>
