最近在帮一家500强跨国公司上海的中国区总部寻访一个负责ISO14000体系的职位，要求有在规模较大的公司总部工作的经验（意思是要协调沟通管理的能力较强，如果在集团公司中工作，下面负责4-5家以上工厂的EHS工作，也是可以看这个机会的），要熟悉ISO14000体系的建立与推动，英语交流流利。
是个Mgr的头衔，薪水至少能开到200K一年以上。由于这个职位只负责ISO14000体系，一般层级对等的EHS经理不愿意看机会，所以委托公司这边愿意看主管级的人。
找人比较辛苦，上网络来碰碰运气。以下是职位的JD：
Responsibility:
1. ISO14001 management
2. Office safety management; formulate & maintain office policies & procedures including emergency & evacuation
3. Planning & control duties including to compile regular monthly report & statistics; annual budget preparation; operation guideline and regulation review
Requirement:
1. University graduate and with minimum 3 years working experience in ISO field;
2. Proficient in PC application including Microsoft Word Excel and PPT
3. Good command of spoken English, able to speak Japanese is an advantage.
4. Handle multi task effectively and independently
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
6. Proactive, initiative, well organized and detail oriented.
7. Able to work under pressure
