飞机噪声对不同人群的影响评价探讨

摘要 简要阐述了现有机场飞机噪声主要评价量的优缺点，重点对飞机噪声对不同人群产生的影响作了探讨，建立了考虑飞机噪声对不同人群影响后的评价公式，同时为确定人群影响修正系数，将不同人群划分为五个年龄段，按目标层，准则层，指标层三层划分建立了对不同人群影响的评价指标体系，并通过建立两两判断矩阵，和引用实例统计数字计算了一个理论参考值，为今后分析评价飞机噪声对不同人群的影响以及为完善现有机场飞机噪声评价量和评价[wiki]标准[/wiki]提供了参考和依据。

Abstract：It expatiated on advantages and disadvantages of main present evaluation measure of aircraft noise briefly，
mainly researched the influence of aircraft noise to different groups，
established evaluation formulae after considering the influence.
At the same time，
in order to get group influence modifying coefficient，
It carved up different groups to five year stages，
on the foundation of object，
guideline，
and index three layers，
established evaluation index system，
and through establishing two to two judgment matrix，
quoted real example statistic figure to calculate a theoretical reference value through real example，
all these could be offered to develop the research and evaluation on the influence of aircraft noise and consummate present airfield aircraft noise evaluation measure and criterion later.

飞机起飞着陆发出的噪声对机场周围地区生活的居民造成很大影响，它妨碍交谈、影响睡眠、干扰工作和学习、使听力受损，甚至引起神经系统等方面的疾病。目前，随着我国航空业的发展以及人民生活水平的不断提高，机场周围人们对飞机噪声的抱怨越来越强烈，向ZF上诉以及要求拆迁机场的事件时有发生，飞机噪声已成为束缚航空事业发展的重要因素。用于机场飞机噪声评价的评价量很多，主要有感觉噪声LPN、有效感觉噪声级LEPN、等效连续感觉噪声级LECPN、计权等效连续感觉噪声级LWECPN、总噪声暴露级LTNE、噪声暴露预报数NEF、昼夜等效声级LDN。［1］， 但这些评价量均未考虑机场噪声对不同人群的危害性差异（如飞机噪声可引起心脏病患者的病情突发），而受机场噪声危害最深的又恰恰是人类本身。现今，我国ZF提出以人为本，全面、协调、可持续发展这一新的科学发展观，体现了人文关怀的重要性，因此我们必须高度重视飞机噪声对不同人群造成的危害。
