Major Responsibilities:
a.. Be responsible for environment management system including maintaining & improving ISO14001 system, and improving company's working environments, health and safety.
a.. Supervise the whole EMS implementation, including ventilation system, central vacuum & dust collection system, waste water treatment system, and acid elimination system etc, and continuously improve EMS system by daily monitoring and periodically internal/external audit.
a.. Work with plant's environments committee to set up environments policy & annual working plan, and provide necessary training to related personnel both inside company and outside the company (e.g. suppliers & subcontractors etc);
a.. Implement of directives and policies on environment as required by both Chinese government and worldwide JCI system, and make sure the plant's regulations, process, layout etc completely comply and upgrade with external standards.
a.. Keep close cooperation with local government, and provide necessary support for government's inspection & supervision.
a.. Take lead in both internal & external environmental audit,and make sure the compliance and drive for continuously improvement.
Basic Qualification:
a.. Bachelor degree in environments protection, HVAC (Heating, ventilation, & Air conditioning) engineering or hydrodynamics related major is preferred;
a.. Three years experience in related job is preferred but not necessarily a must;
a.. Be familiar with related government regulations and ISO14000 system;
a.. Good communication skills, with both good written and oral English;
a.. Detail oriented, self motivated team player, and be willing to take assiduous work.
